Executive
Karim Ioualalen, PhD
CEO, Founder
Previously Chief Scientific Advisor at Pfizer Capsugel Laboratories and a specialist in formulation technologies, K. Ioualalen led the strategy and R&D for new drug delivery systems. He also developed numerous products in the PPI (proton pump inhibitors) and anticancer drug categories.
He served as Chief Scientific Officer at Oralance Pharma Laboratories, where he oversaw the transfer of the NODS technology to Pfizer, the global pharmaceutical leader. He has held various scientific leadership positions in several biotechnology companies including Biovector Therapeutics and managed the establishment of a biological production line at the Saint Louis (US) site of the Sigma-Aldrich group.
Rosanne Raynal, PhD, MBA
CFO/COO, Founder
Rosanne Raynal was the President and CEO of Oralance Pharma, specializing in the formulation and development of new products that can be administered orally. She has extensive experience in financial management, fundraising, biotech project management and technology transfer. She oversaw the transfer of the NODS technology to Pfizer, specialist in biopolymers, she began her career at BIOEUROPE S.A. as head of the management of European projects and programmes. She has led the industrial exploitation of a new class of biotechnological products at ARD Biotechnologies.

Ludovic Robin
PharmD
Ludovic Robin was Chief Business & Strategy Officer of Advicenne Pharma. Previously, Commercial Operations Head France & BeNeLux of Shire Pharmaceuticals company. In charge of the nephrology, haematology, gastro and neurosciences portfolio. He has also held various positions at Laboratories Expanscience and Servier.

Pascal Bour
Pascal Bour is graduated from the University of Metz. He has held different positions as Head of QC and QA/QP at various companies in Switzerland.
He is registred at Swissmedic as FVP and is a certified GMP auditor.
Pascal has a wide experience of product release and IMP for clinical studies. He has held various roles in industrialization and quality management at Jago Pharma, Skyepharma and Ferring.
